How do you sell fabrics at such low prices?

The main way we make this possible is bulk buying. This allows us to save money and pass on the savings to you, the customer!

What type of products do you offer?

At shopfabrics.co.uk, we offer a huge selection of fabrics available by the metre and also a huge variety of trimmings, haberdashery and other craft items.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, please email us on support@shopfabrics.co.uk and we will be happy to help!

I'm looking for something but can't find it on the website, are you able to stock them?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a huge variety of methods including all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders are either dispatched by either Hermes or Royal Mail. All orders usually take within 3 to 5 working days after being dispatched.

Can I return my order?

All non-fabric goods may be returned for a refund. However, fabrics that are ordered and cut to your specification cannot be returned.

I have not received a response to email, why's that?

In the event you have not received an email response, please check your spam/junk folders as you may have your filter settings set too high. We currently receiving a huge number of orders and messages so your patience is appreciated. 

Is there a minimum order value?
