Returns Policy

Returns:
We want you to be delighted with your order, but sometimes things go wrong. Returns are not accepted for anything which has been cut to the specific amount you'd like such as fabric, ribbon, elastic etc.

Returns/Refunds not accepted:
  • Anything cut to a specific amount (such as fabric)
  • Where the sealed product has been opened or taken out of packaging
  • When one or more items show signs of use

Please contact us by e-mail (support@shopfabrics.co.uk) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with the returns address.

Please ensure that you return goods to us within 14 days from delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and making sure it's done through a trust-able service as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post, we'd recommend that returns are sent via a tracked delivery. Proof of postage is required for all returns.

If the return is to be successful and is payable then this will be done within 28 days of the day we receive your order back.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your own cost.
