Terms of service

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions from this site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. All content on the website is the property of shopfabrics.co.uk. You may not extract any part of the contents of the website without our written consent.

2. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website. Sale conditions and Order Process Our display of products is an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you. An offer is made when you place the order for the item(s) required. We will not have made a contract with you unless and until we have accept your offer as to the terms listed below.

Products

1. All fabrics are sold per metre.

2. You will receive minimum the number of metres you have paid for and will never be less

3. Please note some fabrics can shrink during washing, dry cleaning, Ironing, etc.

4. Any typographical error or omission in any form of literature issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.

5. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that fabrics are as shown in the images, there may be slight differences when seeing the fabric in person. This is due to the camera quality and lighting.

Pricing

1. All prices are fixed and cannot be negotiated.

2. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

3. The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery.

Delivery

1. We will always send your order to the address stated on your order. We will not take responsibility for the failure to correct your delivery address when proceeding with your order.

2. On some products, you will have the choice on delivery in regards to the service you would like to use.

3. When selecting any 'Standard Service' where orders are not tracked or signed, you are taking full responsibility once your order has been dispatched. We will not be taking responsibility for missing packages.

4. If your order is being shown as delivered via the tracking website then we have no choice but to believe you have received your order.

5. There may also be additional import duties or customs charges levied in your country – these can sometimes affect deliver times. Recipients are also responsible for paying any import duty or fees.

Orders

1. All orders are checked and made sure all fabrics have been included in the order.

2. Fabrics are checked to make sure there are no damages or any faults before packing but some times mistakes can be made, contact us and we will be happy to help!

3. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil an order, a refund will be issued and you will be notified

4. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction of any products advertised on this website. This may be due to: 
- the product you ordered being unavailable from stock. 
- the inability to obtain authorisation for your payment. 
- the identification of a pricing or product description error. We may offer you alternative options and ask you whether you wish to purchase other products we may have available or the products which may have been dispatched to you in error. If so your order will be amended. Otherwise, we will treat any order as cancelled and any incorrect products dispatched will be collected for full refund.

Returns & Refunds

1. There will be no refunds on the costs of packaging and postage.

2. All orders will need to be checked before customers are refunded.

3. Refunds can take up to 28 days to process depending on the number of orders we are having to complete.

4. All returns are done at the cost of the buyer unless we accept we are at fault.

5. For any returns, please email support@shopfabrics.co.uk before taking any further action.

6. We do NOT accept returns on any fabric which has been cut especially for you.
