Shipping policy

We aim to post all orders within 2 working days. In times of high demand, shipping may take a little longer.

Orders are shipping with either Hermes or Royal Mail. The estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 working days with most delivery's being delivered within 3 days from dispatch.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days then please get in contact to the email below. Before contacting us, please check the usual locations your parcel may be as well as contacting your local delivery office.

Please ensure the delivery address you have entered is correct. We will not be taking responsibility for incorrect addresses and payment for postage will need to be paid again if you'd like to have your order sent out again (Subject to the products availability)

 

International Orders:

The quote given on international orders are depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

There may also be additional import duties or customs charges levied in your country – these can sometimes affect deliver times. Recipients are also responsible for paying any import duty or fees.
